September 2025 - Painting of the Month

My painting of the month for September is an abstract landscape. I think of it as calm and quiet while still having texture. I always like playing around with new ideas and techniques!

“What’s on the Horizon?”

For a title, so far I’m going with “What’s on the Horizon?” But I’m open to suggestions! What would you name this painting?

I’m often drawn to light and shadow, and it’s a fun challenge to try and capture that light and shadow in a painting. Here’s another painting from this month.
